The legal basis for the processing of personal data in our e-shop is the performance of the contract between you, the customer and our company. Thanks to this legal basis, we do not require consent to the processing of personal data when making an order, as this processing is a necessary condition for the performance of the contract. When making and confirming an order, we only require data from you that are necessary for its execution. This is the name, address and contact data in the form of a telephone and an e-mail. We keep records of your personal data even after the order is completed. This registration is based on the performance of a legal obligation, which is the keeping of accounts and is not in any way contrary to the GDPR regulation. Your personal data continues to be recorded on orders (in electronic form) and invoices (in electronic and written form) for the statutory period for the archiving of these accounting documents. We only transfer your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, to the relevant shipping companies. The data necessary for the correct delivery of the order – name, address and contact data in the form of a telephone and an e-mail - are transmitted.
